I've had the same experience as you.
i'm a long time T-Mobile customer. They've always been great to me. Once or twice when we changed plans or add a door draft lines, there have been mistakes. However, they have always been able to reverse things and fix them once I got them. I have never paid a penny extra for a "mistake."
