Can't get too emotional about taking a man's job. That's society. If he was so great, He should easily have all sorts of job offers right? that's not our problem to worry about. Bronco can't turn BYU into temp agency for desperate guys with no resume.

The real issue is that it's not his fault. It's not his fault he doesn't belong. It's not his fault his boss made a horrible, lazy decision. Someone throws that offer at you when you know you have no qualifications at all, you easily jump on it. Not his fault... Unless you want to fault him for not realizing he wasn't ready for the job... But after listening to him, he seems full of himself... Which is partly due to Bronco's yapping.

I doubt Bronco will ever quit making hires/promotions like this.

But yeah, doubt it happens. They all seem pretty prideful and defensive this year.
