to losing the tiebreaker to Baylor. An additional win for tOSU over a ranked Wisconsin team would help tOSU as well. Right now TCU has 3 wins over ranked teams and tOSU only has 2 so a win evens of the score with tOSU's wins being slightly better. If they jump TCU it will be for those 2 reasons. However, what tOSU as working against them is their loss to VaTech compared to TCU's loss being a narrow loss to Baylor. That's why I ultimately have TCU ahead right now, but it is by the narrowest of margins and could realistically go either way.
