Any Excel gurus want to help a poor lost soul?
Thank you so much in advance. I've spent about four hours on this today and feel I'm stumped.

Summary: I really just need to have multiple "add new row" buttons on the same worksheet. The problem is, once I add a row, it messes up the vba for the command buttons below it.

I am making a spreadsheet on tracking food storage for a group of people. The worksheet is divided vertically with four types of food storage; ("Dry Food (Not Long Term)" begins at about B10, "Drinks" at B20, "Food Basics" at B30 and "Prepared Meals" at B40. Each of these lables has 9 rows underneath where I want to list all the food products, and the columns have variables for things like, servings and calories, etc.

As we continue to get more food storage items, we need to make room to add more blank rows. To make this easier for people that don't even know how to insert rows, I wanted to make a command button for each of the four categories, where it will add a new row at the top or bottom of the block. I can't figure out how to insert a new row to a location is that is constantly shifting down due to adding rows above it. I was thinking of having a formula where it will look for a particular filled in color and insert a row above the first occurrence of that color. ???

Thanks again

BTW, I am a greenie when it comes to VBA, so be easy on me.
