in any sports, ever again.
If you believe the linked quotes questionable source (Utefans) and the audience (alumni meeting), and I do, then the vitriol has extended from the fan base to management and I want nothing to do with people actively trying to hurt BYU. There is so much in this ex-rivalry that not only adds no value but hurts both fan bases that it makes too much sense to try and salvage even a working relationship.
They keep telling us they’ve gone on to bigger and better and that they’ve moved on without us. Let them. They don’t want to “help us out (despite decades of BYU doing exactly that for them) and schedule us”, give them that out. They want to “dumb down” their schedule and go with Michigan over BYU. Give them what they want. Continue scheduling every Pac-12 team but them. It reduces the BYU-hate that is so prevalent up the dung hill and I believe not scheduling BYU hurts them more than it hurts us.
I hate the hate much more than I hate the Utes. If we have to, schedule a H-H with them in 2049 so the media stops asking the question of 'when' and 'if' and just let it die.
