It's HIM, himself. His leadership, or lack thereof, of the ability to demand respect. His attitude and inability to coach the guys when it's not game day. That's where it all starts, not with x's and o's. He's not ready to handle all of the decision making of a coach and garner the respect of the players. I question how many players really take him seriously as a DC and their leader. Also doesn't help that he's full of himself.
