Each of them does something or a few things really well.

*Note* I didn't include Smoking Apple because my one experience there was so outlandishly awful that I haven't been back. Maybe I should try them again.

I also didn't include chains like Sonny Bryans (most of the ones in Utah I know of have already closed anyway) and Dickey's....mostly because Dickey's is an afront to all things good in BBQ. Famous Daves is one of the BBQ Chains that I actually don't mind. Good Wood is ok.

Wallaby's is just ok.

I haven't tried Smokin' Bones up in Bountiful

I haven't tried that place up in Huntsville yet. The name escapes me.

I know there's a few other places around the town I've yet to try as well.

I guess Q4U is down to just a food truck now. Back in the day when it was just them and Pat's I would go to Q4U all the time.
