accomplished and prepared QB possible, to move the program fwd. Whoever that QB is, I want them to be immersed in the program and playbook before just showing up and wanting the job to be guaranteed to them. As tough, the program is there for them, not them for the program...

Obviously we can't guarantee this every year, but that's the ideal standard...
