We know this. But still, 60 days for breaking probation for weed?
Haven't we heard of men and women getting less for sexual assaults and rapes and yet in our "free" country an 18 yr old can't make the choice to smoke some marijuana but we'll gladly throw an 18 yr old on the front lines of battle?
I don't care how it happened or went down, no one should spend time in jail for smoking marijuana in a free country. Maybe a communist country.
