It's a big problem. HS stars think they going to be NFL players one day.
I think Bronco looks at the NFL and doesn't like what he sees there. Putting guys in the NFL has not been a focus of his and it shows.
It's a factor in recruiting and a big reason dline Polynesian studs now go play at Utah.
