What I would like to know is how efficient their charities are. I would assume that in some cases, maybe most, their names are attached to the Charity, a percentage of their income goes to the charity, but how big of an impact do they really have. I'm not criticizing them in any way. They are doing a lot, and I'm grateful for that. But of all of these, the ones I hear the most about are Bono, Jolie, McCartney, Elton John, Daman, and some of the others.
And by comparison, I wonder how their charitable efforts compare to the Church's Welfare Square and Humanitarian Services. I remember thinking the Church should have invited Bono to visit their facilities when he was last in SLC. I think he would've been floored.
