we have hidden sugars in everything
I am thinking of doing the carb cycling thing again next year and started looking at labels just to see how many carbs are in different things. there's sugar in everything, even a can of beans has sugar added.

it's easy to know to avoid the cookies and candies, but you can't even avoid sugar by eating chili or other things which you would not expect to have sugar in them.
