Salaried, with hours requirements and hours based bonuses.
But, being honest, I'm not working tons of hours or earning a huge bonus. I just have stuff to take care of. And I'm not at a point where I can spend lots of money traveling. So I play hard on the weekends and holidays, and work the rest of the time.
