and he's right to take it. i work with people who have 500 hours saved up
that they are sitting on. I don't get it, at all. I'm not wired like that at all. At this point you don't even accrue any more vacation time. They've started lowering the hours you can have banked. It's going to 450 hours in a year. These guys are going to be forced to take vacation.
I replaced a guy who was retiring, they wouldn't let him go on retirement straight off of vacation. He had like 3 months saved up. so he went on vacation for 3 months, came back and "worked" 2 days and then went on retirement.
