Your initial post made it sound like you fault people who use their leave, and

I understood your post to mean that you thought using all of your leave was abusing it. If your only gripe is with people who try to arrange leave last minute for non-emergencies or those who no show for work, then that is very different and I agree with you.

If you think it's wrong generally for people to use all of their leave, then you are crazy, IMO.
