I'll say that millennial bashing is way overdone. The millennial complaints are overblown. Every generation has dumb elements. When we talk about problems with "millennials" we're really just talking about the worst aspects, and generalizing them even though they don't apply to most.

But it's still stupid advice to tell people to do what they love and follow thier dreams.
