It's very likely you are fine with this and wouldn't take a vacation anyways... but if you wish you could take more time off and can't you can
talk to your boss about,
you can work with them to eliminate tasking that isn't value added,
you can train a co-worker to cover your stuff so
you can leave or you can find another job where you have better work life balance.
