Not a bad idea. The future is going to get a little nuts
with LBs. BYU won't quit offering them like crazy. We'll have like 12+ underclassmen at LB next year (just counting most likely contributors and guys with arguably most potential), with many freshmen, plus a ton more coming in after that and a bunch of possible tweener DE's who could be LBs.
Maybe try to get some LBs to DE (Hinds), and some LBs to DB or offense. But do you move a LB to make room for another? Or just keep him at DB to start with?
