Defensively all 3 can get after it and offensively you'd have 3 great options to handle the ball.
If you don't think it's close as far as point guard ability, you didn't see Emery handle the ball against the best guards/defensive pressure in the country. He will be very good at the next level with the ball in his hands against pressure.
I did see Frank struggle a bit against full court pressure this year in the Bogan game which LP lost. He does have a great handle and tremendous dribble moves, but handling the ball against strong defensive pressure is still a work in progress.
