I do not recall ever being delayed or canceled due to mechanical problems. I will agree they have slipped in on-time performance. But I have no problem with SW. I am always one of the 1st 30 to board the plane, have no problems getting my choice of seats.

On the other hand I absolutely HATE Delta. Monkeys running that airline.
