Yes and no. Both own the other. But BYU's owning of Texas is surprising to most
people.
Everyone expects Kentucky to be better at Utah in everything.
Our view of Utah is distorted, because they keep upsetting us in Football. They aren't viewed as anything more than Oregon State around the country.
