Boise State officials didn’t know the Fiesta Bowl planned to sell Upper Level tickets at $75 until ticket managers realized it was happening and called the bowl offices to confirm it. Boise State had been charged $150 for the same tier of tickets and instructed to sell them at that price in the contract.

“I’m not sure how bowl officials decided to set the price of the tickets they are selling, but Boise State did exactly what the contract instructed us to,” university President Bob Kustra said.
