Um yes it happens a lot, makes it difficult for a guy to keep a clean mind too. I've lived in my BYU student word for 2 years and currently there a about 4 girls in my ward who change in front of there window with open blinds every now and again. I try to sent an anonymous let telling them to close there blinds. I mean come on your windows face ours how do you girls expect us to be chase in thoughts when you expose yourselves.
