The all-time Bronco team of his recruits from HS or JC
The recruiting/player development on offense has been whiff after whiff outside of the running backs and a couple wide receivers. The defensive recruiting has been above average in the secondary and linebacker. The Dline recruiting has been mediocre.

QB recruiting (D-) The grade is deserved, since the best player is a walkon. Granted, there were transfers that showed up that scared off other recruits.
Christian Stewart (preferred walkon)

RB recruiting (A-) lots of good players have cycled through
Harvey Unga/Jamaal Williams/JJ DiLuigi

FB (B) excellent top guys, but several whiffs too at a position of historical strength
Manase Tonga/Algernon Brown

WR (C+) lots of the best recruits haven't panned out. Gets tons of credit for finding Hoffman.
Cody Hoffman/Mitch Matthews/JD Falslev (preferred walkon)

TE (D-) the list of whiffs is long
Devin Mahina (I am surprised that no other tight ends are on this list)

OL (D) this has been arguably the worst position group for a few years. The recruiting may have turned the corner if they can be retained.
OT Matt Reynolds (assistant coach's son), Braden Brown (good position switch from TE)
OG Braden Hansen (good signing), Ryan Freeman? (there has to be someone better?)
C Sete Aulai (good signing in his 1st class)

DL (C-) Too many average and below players for a position of historical strength.
Bronson Kaufusi (another assistant coach's son), Eathyn Manumaleuna, Romney Fuga

LB (B+) Bronco signs a lot of linebackers, but only a few turn into genuine playmakers. Nonetheless, above average by historical standards and getting KVN.
KVN (Bronco's best signing), Brandon Ogletree (begged Bronco for a scholarship and turned out pretty good), Jordan Pendleton (no brainer signing), Alani Fua (part of the group Heaps signing)

DBs (A-) Bronco's biggest recruiting strength has been getting quality DBs by BYU historical standards.
Preston Hadley (good signing from a JC), Brian Logan (ditto), Andrew Rich (preferred walkon), Craig Bills (from nearby HS)
