Hill was signed the year before Heaps
Heaps committed in June of 2009, whereas Hill signed with Stanford in February that same year. BYU was chasing after a bunch of other qbs and struck out. They then came back to Hill really late. In the mean time, Riley Nelson came a knocking and got signed as the lone qb in that class.
