appearance to Utah fans rooting their Gymnastics team on to a Championship. That makes no sense to me. As if the Utes know what winning a National Championship is like.
Utah's last Gymnastics Championship was in 1995. BYU has won 3 Men's Volleyball National Championships, 4 Women's Cross Country, 3 Rugby, and 12 Dance Team National Championships since the last time Utah won a National Championship.
BYU fans know what it's like to play for National Championships. Utah fans don't.
