An asset was damaged and just because it wasn't necessarily tangible, doesn't mean that people weren't affected and value lost. A law was broken and something needs to be done. What? I don't know.
Second, I know North Korea doesn't have freedom of speech, but we do and just because they, or anyone else, doesn't like what's being said doesn't mean it should be silenced. The great thing with freedom of speech is that good ideas will almost always trump bad ones and that must be allowed to happen, no matter how bad some things may be.
