I am not saying Roman is blameless but I place more blame on Kap then anyone else. He has a low football IQ. The guy is only able to make one read. Has no ability to go through his progressions. I was a big supporter of Kaps potential but he has been regressing. Not seeing open receivers. In year 4 he should be hitting his stride. I would rather see a new QB back there then a new coaching staff.
