They just jacked my rates up after a year and I called em and said I don't want

to pay the higher rate. (was about $100) They immediately dropped me back into the "promo" rate of $70/mo for internet and basic cable for another year. (I called cuz I would have dropped tv since we hardly ever watch it)

Looks like I just need to do this dance with them every December... >
