He's a head case, and the last time he played, in his one appearance for the Vikings, he was absolutely horrible (20-57, 37%, wildly inaccurate). I agree Arians could have looked to sign someone, but chances are really low that there's anyone out there that would have improved their chances to go deep into the playoffs.
