Is she actually going to jog with it a lot? Some people get jogging strollers
never really jog much. If that's the case, I'd for sure get a cheaper one. Otherwise I'd say read online reviews and see if the cheaper one performs as well as more expensive ones.
If this is a Xmas gift, I'd also consider what you think your wife would want more. If $200 isn't going to break the bank and your wife has specifically asked for the more expensive one (or you think that's what she expects) then I'd go with the more expensive one
