over the course of 11 years we have purchased both.
We have run with both, and we easily prefer the more expensive one because it stays in line much better. It was really annoying to run with a stroller that veered one way or the other no matter what.
Incidentally, our expensive stroller was also a bike trailer--not sure how that may impact your decision, but we used it both ways.
