we have some major problems (no big surprise and even if we win we still have problems). Two of Bronco's big talking points are that we win bowl games and we end in the top 25. Well now we don't win bowl games, we haven't finished in the Top 25 in five years, and we've lost to our rival four straight times (and lost to the other in-state team twice).

I really want Bronco to succeed, but the team has been nothing but mediocre these past five years and that falls completely on him. Promoting Nick Howell to D. Coordinator when he has had no success anywhere else (in fact he was a terrible high school coach) was also a major fail. If Bronco likes Nick so much, he should have told him to get some experience and prove yourself somewhere and then come back.

If we lose this game, Holmoe is going to get major pressure to make some changes. At minimum assistant coaches will be let go and new ones will be hired. I do think there will also be major pressure to let Bronco go and in fact Bronco may decide to leave on his own.
