Does him applying for Wiscy prove that OSU never offered him as many claimed?

OSU is his Alma Mater. It pays more. Has lower expectations. Has a better recruiting territory. And plays in a better climate.

So explain how OSU "offers Bronco" but yet he turns them down only to apply for an obviously troubled position at Wisconsin.
