dances are a different thing, could be many reasons why they stop coming.
I think most youth rise up and meet the standard you set for them. They're kids and will push the limit. So you need to set a limit or it will continue to get pushed.
All of this being said, I personally would like to see beards at BYU and Coke, and whatever. But I do like the HC and am glad for it in general---I think it's a good thing.
