Well, here's one anecdone about what they are paying their employees for...
A friend of the family has a teenage son that applied to work at the Thanksgiving point location before it opened. They called him in for 4 separate face-to-face interviews, and never hired him. I guess if it takes them 4 interviews to figure out if someone is a good fit for them, then I can understand the increased overhead. That's a lot of managerial time.
