Pet peeve: Companies lack of customer service
I mentioned earlier today about how my auto insurance company screwed up and didn't autodraft my premium, then cancelled the policy without notifying me until after the fact. So I contact my agent leaving a voicemail and email asking that it be corrected as soon as possible since I'm now without insurance and a possible lapse in coverage. He finally responded tonight with a short "I'll look into it on Monday.", nothing more, nothing less. Ok then, seems I need a new insurance agent.

I had scheduled a guy to come today to give me an estimate on some landscaping, but he was a no show. When I called to ask him where he was at he acted like he had no idea who I was, then suddenly remembered he was supposed to come. He then said he was running late and if he could come in an your so later. I told him to not worry about it.

I guess dealing with Amazon has raised my expectations.
