I bought a salvage vehicle from them in 09. They don't really negotiate on price
much. I don't think they got paid on commission either, so my experience was pleasant (salesman wasn't pushy or anything). Most of their vehicles are salvage vehicles so they have no warranty, so they'll try and sell you one. Getting the warranty isn't a bad idea since the car may have problems from the accident that haven't revealed themselves yet. The problem is that by the time you buy the warranty, you may not be saving THAT much money.

The car we bought only had 8k miles on it but had been in a head on collision. We decided to get the warranty. We've never had any problems with it, so we lost the gamble on the warranty (though I'm glad we never had to use it). Even with the extra cost of the warranty, we saved maybe $1,000. But honestly, I'm not sure I'd buy a salvage vehicle again. It worked out for us, but I'd only do it again if it was going to legitimately save me 4 or 5 grand.
