I saw it and I don't think it glorifies violence nor does it portray the opposition in an overly sadistic way. I did wonder how true the story was in terms of certain details: did he really kill the other sniper? Was the other sniper really in the Olympics?
Some people don't like war movies: violence, f-word. I get that. But not sure I see anything "wrong" about the movie unless they took total liberties with actual events.
