RE: Mostly agree but how is Oregon state an "elite program"?
I mostly meant Anderson while at Wisconsin. He took the best RB out of Utah last year (Polynesian from East) and had a commitment from Jordan's QB. I agree OSU is not elite, but I do think they will be heavily recruiting the state of Utah, especially with Sitake there.
