I agree with you. But this is being touted the state of Utahs best recruiting class ever. And if Lake ends up somewhere else, BYU won't have a single commitment from the top 10 in-state recruits. it seems like our instate recruiting just keeps getting worse. And its a shame we are not even in consideration for talent like Masina, Gustin, and James.
My cousins son is being heavily recruited and has offers to BYU as well as several Pac-12 and Big 12 schools. My cousin told me that Bronco is MIA so far in the recruiting but BYU is still in the running because of Atuaia. But Bronco's disinterest is definitely confusing when names like Bob Stoops, Urban Meyer, and Mark Helfrich are calling and visiting his home/school.
