I have a good friend that's a Utah Valley HS coach. He had Utah -Boise St -USu and others at school to recruit a player. They were on him since summer. He asked a BYU coach a few months later BYU wasnt also on this kid. The answer shocked the HS coach. BYU's reply was....."who is that? Never heard of him".

One of these four things are true:
1-BYU thinks like olden days and expects local kids to come to them
2-BYU whiffs repeatedly and is way way late on many occasions
3-BYU doesn't care (that's idiotic) so....
4-BYU is just very bad at evaluating talent

It is finally catching up to BYU. Shocks me when Taysom tells the story of his Hs recruitment. Coaches "we wished you would have come to our football camp so we could have know about you and recruited you in HS".....Taysom "ummmm I was there and you didn't give me the time of day".

Insert foot in mouth. Until we make changes it is gonna get worse. Buckle up boys.
