One of my all time favorite shows, then that lame, infuriating finale when the screen suddenly went dark. To this day the creator David Chase, has been arrogantly defiant that it was the right ending and that the fans aren't owed or deserve an answer as to whether Tony Soprano and his family are alive or dead.

My opinion is simple: If you've garnered a huge following and people have donated dozens of hours to watching something, then they are owed a pay off with real legitimate answers. I hate vague non-answer answers and it's why I stopped watching LOST. It made it completely pointless to have watched any episodes because you don't get answers.

So I learned my lesson with my Sopranos experience and stopped watching cause it seemed obvious the writers/creators were becoming more enamored with their non-answer answer way of writing. Meh, it's an insult to the audience and a waste of time.
