it to shoot to maintain that same pace for a marathon that is 6 months from now?
This will be my first marathon, and I'm starting training now. My goal is to finish in 4 hrs and 30 min or less (I know, I'm very slow).
I realize on longer races, you end up with longer times, but I'm trying to figure out where my 5 & 10k times need to be to have a realistic shot at hitting my marathon goal.
