I think he was involved. somehow. either he knows who did it and was not
willing to say, or he helped in some way, directly or indirectly.
i don't think he did it all by himself, then called jay from best buy when it was done to help bury her. i don't believe the state's case at all.
but he's not pure white innocent either.
