My 401k balance is soley due to working for govt contractors with large

matches. My last job was a straight employer contribution (regardless of my contribution) of 10-12%. Right now I get 10% if I kick in 6% so I'm putting in 16%. Only other piece of advice: don't get divorced if you want to retire. That took a huge chunk out of mine.
