FINDING some of these guys is very important. We're clearly after more and better talent. It's a coaching decision on whether or not to offer players, or when to offer, or how they go about the recruiting process talking to the recruit, how effective they are, etc.

Martzen is given a lot of credit for finding and organizing.

StantonMac is an avid coach defender. Nothing will ever be on the coaches. That being said, I think a lot of people on here need to study up on what exactly Martzen is. He's not a football coach who goes and recruits. The coaching staff has done a great job with many recruits. They've got some questionable moves (and lack of moves) as well. Some big mistakes. Hope they keep the trend up and obviously there's room for improvement, so hopefully they jump on that.
