a lack of defensive emphasis is the root of the problem.
Our coaches don't coach defense well, and don't target defensive players in recruiting. Unfortunately, the best recruits we have are on missions but Rose recruited a team that doesn't play defense when he could have recruited bigs that do play defense that wanted to come to BYU
