Goodell really is a moron. It is clear that he wanted to catch the Patriots in the act, yet he had zero plan with regards for the next step if the balls were deflated.

Was listening to Dan Patrick today, and Chris Collinsworth and Mike Florio both said that any other commissioner would have simply called up the Patriot organization after the Colts reported that they suspected this back in November, and issued a very stern warning that the NFL would be watching and making sure the balls weren't being tampered with.

Instead, this moron Goodell basically sets up a sting operation, and the buildup to the SB has been awful.
