Why they don't have audited financials. I get it...it costs a lot of money to have done, but it's also a red flag when they don't. They're also hard to take seriously when they try telling you with a straight face what kind of rate they think they ought to be getting when their balance sheet is an internally compiled mess and their debt ratio is awful.

Mind you I'm talking about companies that have at least 5 MM of Tangible Net Worth or more....or at least claim to.
